No Win No Fee claims allow you to seek compensation without financial risk. This means that you do not need to pay anything but your solicitor will be eligible to receive a percentage of the final payment which will be agreed at the start. This is a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) meaning that if your solicitors do not win your case, you do not need to pay anything.
You will be able to claim compensation for the following two categories:
- Pain, Suffering and Loss of Amenity (PSLA)
This covers general damages such as neck or back injuries.
- Losses and Expenses (Special Damages)
This covers costs as a result of the injury e.g. car repairs, loss of earnings, care or medical expenses.
A claim may also be made on behalf of a child who has been injured and any compensation received will be made available to the child at the age of 18.
